To use a silicone fluted tube pan, follow these steps:
- Preheat your oven to the recipe temperature.
- Spray the fluted tube pan with cooking spray.
- Place the tube pan on a cooking sheet to prevent discloration.
- Pour batter into the pan, filling only 3/4 full.
- About five minutes before the baking time is complete, check the cake for doneness.
- When done, remove the cake from the oven using a hot pad or mitts.
- Invert the cake on a cooling rack.
- When cool, remove the cake by turning it upside down on the serving platter, being careful not to shake the tube pan too hard.
