A Bundt pan is a similar to a tube pan, but it has fluted indentations. Bundt is a registered trademark of NordicWare. It can be used for poundcake, fruit cakes, and mousses. It is frequently interchangeable with tube pans, though a tube pan should be used for angel food cake.
